Ray Badia



Ray Badia is Vice President, International Programs at Zenetex, LLC, in California, Maryland. He has over 44 years of experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Program Management, Project Management, Logistics, Aircraft Maintenance, U.S. Air Force (USAF) Avionics Flight Test Bed aircrew member, and the USAF Thunderbirds, Air Demonstration Squadron. For the past 21 years, he has served in numerous international program positions in support of the Naval Aviation System Command to include Department Head, General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) for the Canadian Forces (CF), Royal Malaysia Air Force (RMAF), the Spanish Air Force (SAF) F-18 Programs, Senior Program Analyst, and Support Team Lead for the SAF EF-18 program. In his capacity as Vice President of International Programs at Zenetex, Mr. Badia has responsibility for international programs to include the CF-18, RMAF F-18D, RAAF F-18A/E/F/G, SAF EF-18, SAF Liaison Offices DC, OH, & PA, H-1 New Business Office, Taiwan Army AH-1W Modification program in Tainan, Taiwan, Pakistan AH-1Z Program, Turkey H-1 Program, the Chilean Air Force, Japanese Maritime Defense Forces, Philippine Air Force C-130 Programs, the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) and Denmark MH-60R programs.  Mr. Badia is responsible for support in the areas of program, financial, and configuration management, integrated logistics support (ILS), program database, transportation, and training. He is an Inter-American Air Forces Academy (IAAFA) Certified Master Instructor where he taught Aircraft Electrical Systems and Leadership courses in Spanish to Latin American Air Forces, managed a Type II Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) and was the Senior Advisor to the Commander of the USAF Presidential Wing, 89th Airlift Wing at Andrews AFB, MD.

Mr. Badia was born in San Francisco de Macoris, Dominican Republic. He is a graduate of Aviation high school in Queens, New York; The Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), Maxwell AFB, Alabama; Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; and a USAF retiree with over 22 years military service.

Mr. Badia is married to the former Eileen Del Pilar from New York City, NY, and they are the proud parents of two sons, Ray and Jason, and one daughter, Angelica.
