Learning Outcomes

The course agenda covers the following ITIL 4 practices to help you understand the main factors that contribute to the successful creation, delivery, and support across ITIL’s new service value system (SVS) business model.

Learning objectives include:

• Understand how to plan, build, and integrate service value streams to create, deliver, and support IT-enabled products and services.
• Discover how relevant ITIL practices contribute to creation, delivery, and support across the SVS and value streams.
• Learn how to create, deliver, and support services.

Who Should Attend/Pre-requisites?

This course is aimed at IT service management practitioners seeking to obtain the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) designation and/or responsible for the operation of IT-enabled and digital services for end-to-end support and delivery.

All intermediate level (Specialist, Leader, and Strategist courses) candidates must have an ITIL 4 Foundation certification. You must provide a copy of your ITIL 4 Foundation certificate as part of your course registration.

Exam Details

Each course prepares the candidate for a closed-book exam, which consists of 40 multiple-choice questions. Participants may choose an exam voucher which allows them to schedule the exam at their convenience on any date after completion of the course.

Intermediate level (Managing Professional Transition, Specialist, Strategist, and Leader courses) exam candidates are given 90 minutes to complete the exam and must receive a passing grade of 70% in order to receive their certificate.
