ITIL Exam Information

Zenetex offers all ITIL 4 certification exams in the following formats: 
 

  • Online Proctored Exam – Candidate receives a voucher to take the exam at a date and time that meets their scheduling needs.

 

ITIL v3

AXELOS retired ITIL v3 exams. Please see phased timeline below:
 

  • ITIL v3 Foundation: Retired 1 July 2021
  • ITIL v3 Intermediates: Retired 1 January 2022
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition: Will retire 30 September 2022

ITIL 4

ITIL 4 provides an emphasis on the business and technology world, how it works today, and how it will work in the future with Agile, DevOps, and digital transformation. The updated framework will focus on facilitating value co-creation via a service value system (SVS).
 

The SVS represents how different components and activities can work together, in any type of organization, to facilitate value creation through IT enabled services.

ITIL 4 Foundation

The ITIL 4 Foundation course is designed as an introduction to ITIL 4 and will provide you with the knowledge needed to successfully pass the ITIL 4 Foundation Certification exam.  This course is required in order to advance to other ITIL 4 courses.


 

Create, Deliver, & Support

The Create, Deliver, and Support course focuses on the integration of different value streams and activities to create, deliver, and support IT-enabled products and services.  This 3-day course is one of the four intermediate courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation. 

 

Driving Stakeholder Value

The Driving Stakeholder Value course provides guidance on how to create business value through well managed IT services and strong stakeholder relationships.  It is focused on the customer journey and experience, and those that are responsible for fostering relationships with partners and suppliers. This 3-day course is one of the four intermediate courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation. 



 

High Velocity IT 

The High Velocity IT course incorporates the ways in which digital organizations and operating models function in high-velocity environments.  Topics include Agile, Lean, Cloud, Automation, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery. 

This 3-day course is one of the four intermediate courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation.  

 

Direct, Plan, & Improve

The Direct, Plan, and Improve course provides guidance on creating a learning and improving organization with a strong and effective strategic direction.

This 3-day course is one of the four intermediate courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation and is one of two courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader designation.

 

Digital & IT Strategy

The Digital and IT Strategy course is still under development and will be available soon! 

This 3-day course is one of two courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader designation.
